Lance Bourgeois, College and Young Adults Pastor

Lance joined the staff of Grace Church in August of 1998. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University (B.A.), Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M.), and Fuller Theological Seminary (D.Min.). Married since 1994, Lance and his wife Ellen are the parents of two children. Since relocating to Texas, Lance and Ellen have been able to maintain a commitment to make an annual pilgrimage to Louisiana to see their beloved LSU Tigers play in Tiger Stadium and are thrilled that both of their children have developed a love for seafood! Lance works with young adults from high school graduation until they reach their mid-30s. In addition, he works with helping individuals identify their God-given passions and equipping them for individualized ministries, our annual adult mission trip to Jamaica, and our SummerNights@Grace program.

Jeannie Ralston: Pastoral Assistant
Jeannie graduated from Texas Tech University and is an avid supporter of the Red Raiders. She has been married to Ben for 33 years. Her daughter, Lyndsey, is an inclusion teacher at Lubbock High School and coaches girls volleyball and basketball. Her son, Greg, works as a landman for Marathon Oil Company in Houston. Her favorite verses to live by are Proverbs 3:5–6.

Erin Duran: College Worship Leader
Erin serves as worship leader for College LateNight. She is married to Aaron has two kids, Owen & Olivia. She graduated from Texas A&M in 2005 and is a decorative painter and interior designer, in addition to being a mom.

LeAnn Duran: College Ministry Assistant
LeAnn loves simplicity, good books, and being an aunt to her sweet nephew and niece, Owen and Olivia.
