Our student mission team has arrived safely in Jamaica, and their week of work at the Jamaica Deaf Village is underway.

It’s not too late to sign up for the Jamaica mission trip! Trip dates are July 24-31. We’ll travel to the Caribbean Christian Centre for the Deaf Village, where we’ll do construction and conduct Vacation Bible School. We’ll also conduct a VBS at the Windsor Lodge orphanage, and visit the Infirmary. Sign up the church office or by contacting Leah Walker at 692-4251 or leah@gracechurch.com

Signups for the 2010 Jamaica Adult Mission Trip begin this Sunday in the Main Hall.

If you would like to be a part of the church Prayer Team, praying one day each month specifically for our nation, missions, and church, you can sign up in the Main Hall. If you have regular access to e-mail, you can also receive emergency prayer updates.

Brandon Carpenter will lead another PowerPoint training class on Tuesday, February 23 at 6:30 PM. Contact Brenna at the church office to sign up.

The Grace Church adult mission trip to Jamaica will be July 24-31, 2010. The mission team will travel to the Caribbean Christian Centre for the Deaf Village in the mountains of Jamaica. The Village is a place for deaf Jamaican Christians to live, work, and worship.

The mission team will worship at the Deaf Village church, and work on construction projects. The team will also conduct Vacation Bible Schools at the Windsor Lodge Orphanage and the Deaf Village. Mission team participants will also visit the Manchester Infirmary. The week ends with a day at the beach, snorkeling, or shopping in Montego Bay.

Cost is $1450, which includes airfare, transportation, accommodations, meals and supplies. For more information or to sign up call the church office at 692-4251 or email Leah Walker at leah@gracechurch.com.
