Grace Church will lend a helping hand on April 17, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, by doing yard work and minor repairs at the Loving Christian Maternity Home. There are jobs for everyone. Signups start next week in the Main Hall, contact Leah Walker for more information.

2010 began as we emerged out of the Blizzard of 2009. And as we begin 2010 I want to let you know what is happening in our Men’s Ministry.

Men’s Fraternity resumes on Tuesday, January 12 (at 6:00 AM or 7:00 PM). Each man needs to go to the “Servants by Design” website and fill out the questionnaire so you will be ready for the next sessions. I just did mine and I found it very helpful and confirming.

Tom’s Friday Study starts back this Friday, January 8th at 6:30 AM. Tom is teaching the book of Acts. This study is open to any man and some outside study is involved.

Be sure to set aside the weekend of April 23-25 for our Men’s Retreat at Quartz Mountain Lodge. This year our focus will be “Iron Sharpens Iron” from Proverbs 27:17. We will focus on how to be men who help “hone” each other to become all God has designed us to be. More details will be forthcoming. Let’s trust the Lord to use us in 2010 to make a greater difference for Him.
