Community Groups
Begin developing intentional relationships with others in your church family
About Community Groups
When you’re ready to become truly known by a small group of friends, we’d love to help you find a Community Group with folks who are a good fit. Each group consists of a few people who are invested in each others’ lives and regularly gather together in homes. Getting involved is a great way to form lasting friendships centered on Christ.
Scheduling
Community Groups are encouraged to set their own schedule based on the needs and preferences of their members. Some meet every weekend, for example, while others plan on once a month after work.
For those who want to take advantage of childcare, we currently offer it every other Sunday evening during the Spring and Fall. Group leaders need to notify nursery staff in advance about any children who will be attending or absent.

Next Steps
Once you’ve explored Grace Church and decided we might be a good fit, joining a Community Group is a great way to take your next steps into the life of our church family. Here’s how to get started:
How would you describe yourself? What sort of people are you looking for? How often would you like to meet? What are you expecting from a group? Considering your answers to these questions will help us identify groups that might be a good fit.
When you’re ready, our Connections Pastor is ready to meet you and help explore which options are available. Fill out this form to send us a message to get started!

Caleb Carmichael
Connections Pastor
Caleb joined the Grace Church staff in July of 2020 with the desire to walk alongside people as they explore what it means to follow Jesus and to help them find real community within the church. He received his BBA from Midwestern State University in 2012 and his MACE from Southwestern Baptist School of Theology in 2014.
Caleb and his wife Samantha have been married since 2013 and have two children, Grayson and Henley. Caleb loves spending time with his family, discovering new places to eat, and watching, playing, and arguing about sports.
